I am a Clinical Psychologist who is passionate about helping people navigate life's challenges with greater confidence, self-understanding and wellbeing. I strive to create a warm, supportive and non-judgmental space where clients feel safe to explore what is important to them.
I work with people across the lifespan and support clients experiencing a broad range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, low self-esteem and life transitions. I also enjoy working with neurodivergent individuals and young adults navigating challenges related to identity, relationships, study, career development and increasing independence.
I have extensive experience in perinatal mental health and support people through fertility challenges, pregnancy, the postnatal period and the transition to parenthood. Alongside my clinical practice, I have conducted research into group therapy programs for parents, which has strengthened my interest in supporting families. I work with parents to build confidence, strengthen relationships and develop practical strategies to respond to the challenges of family life.

My approach is collaborative, flexible and holistic. I recognise that mental health is influenced by and interconnected with many factors, including physical health, relationships, family circumstances and broader life experiences. Together, we work to understand difficulties, build on strengths and develop meaningful strategies for change.

I draw on a range of evidence-based therapies, including EMDR, Schema Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). My work is also informed by polyvagal theory and attachment-based approaches, including Circle of Security Parenting. Therapy is tailored to each person's individual needs, goals and circumstances.
Before moving into private practice, I worked across public and community mental health settings with children and adolescents, adults, older adults and families. This experience has given me a broad understanding of the challenges people face across different stages of life and informs my compassionate, person-centred approach.

Whether you are facing a specific challenge, adjusting to a new stage of life or seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, I look forward to supporting you on your journey.
