Originally from Ireland, Kelly is a psychologist with general registration. Kelly has many years of experience working across the lifespan, within mental health services, providing group and individual therapy. In addition to assessment, diagnosis and treatment of mental health concerns, Kelly is experienced working with co-occurring health presentations.

Kelly’s client centered approach, facilitates the creation of a safe space to explore and develop an understanding of needs, in a collaborative, reflective way. Kelly’s compassionate and engaging nature assists with meaningful connection aiming to develop a greater sense of self by exploring the unique parts of each individual from a holistic perspective.

Kelly’s experience enables her to be flexible in her approach to treatment which encompasses cognitive based therapies with a mindfulness focus, grounded in psychodynamic theory and connecting the mind and body using poly vagal techniques. Kelly has also completed training in schema therapy.

Kelly’s passionate about empowering those seeking deeper understanding and acceptance of self,and is hoping to facilitate space to consider potential diagnoses aiming to nurture the future self.
Kelly is particularly interested in healing processes via the mind-body connection, and is exploring emerging modalities in this field.
Kelly is hoping to facilitate group work in the future, believing connection through groups has the potential to develop as a rich inclusive experience for its participants.

Kelly provides ADHD assessments for adults and has a neuroaffirming approach to the therapy that she provides.​

Kelly is sociable and very much enjoys catching up for cups of tea, with family and friends in her spare time. Kelly’s love of travel means you are likely to find her exploring the city and country, at random markets and immersing herself in the joys of Australian nature.
